The baby whose details have been concealed for privacy sake, had a parasite penis at his back that doctors said was that of a twin baby that failed to develop.

Doctors at the Scientific Research Institute of Pediatrics in Baku, Azerbaijan successfully operated on a baby boy who had two penises, one in front and the other at the back.

Metro.co.uk reported the head of the institute’s neonatology department Gunduz Agayev as having said “The baby has a normal sexual organ where it is supposed to be.

“The penis on the back is a parasite, which has been surgically removed.”

He added that “the undeveloped twin had attached itself onto the boy inside the womb. “Practically all there was left from him was a penis that got attached to the brother’s back inside the womb.”
